Participate in a Trial

The Islet Transplant Research Program at University of Illinois at Chicago is recruiting participants for clinical trials to test the efficacy of islet transplantation for patients with type 1 diabetes. There is no charge to participate.

Eligibility

If you are interested in participating, please complete this short form to see if you are eligible. We will contact you if you are a candidate.

  3. Were you diagnosed with type 1 diabetes before the age of 40?
  4. Have you been insulin dependent for more than 5 years?
  5. Are you between ages 18 and 65?
