We at the Chicago Diabetes Project express our sincere condolences and deep appreciation for the life of Jim Farmer, our long term friend, study participant and supporter. He courageously fought a disease that devastates the lives of too many. His vision has been instrumental in the CDP’s work. We at the CDP are humbled to remember his dedication and will continue to work tirelessly to put an end to diabetes.
