Treasurer

Jenny Cook, CPA, is the Treasurer and a Board Member of the CDP.  She is an accounting professional with more than 20 years of experience in corporate, nonprofit, and university accounting. She joined Dr. Oberholzer’s team at UIC in 2015 and is passionate about the cause to functionally cure diabetes.
