Board Member

John Dine is a Senior Vice President with Griffin Capital Securities,
John is responsible for raising capital throughout the Midwest for investment programs
sponsored or co-sponsored by Griffin Capital. There is a focus on Private Equity,
Institutional Real Estate and Alternative Credit Programs.
John is a registered Series 7 and 63 licensed representative and graduated from the
School of Business, Marquette University.
John joined the Board to help find a Functional Cure for Diabetes. After his son Clayton
was Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when he was 2 years old, he and his wife
immediately knew they had to get involved. They did not want to be passive participants
and hope others found a cure, so they started on their journey to find an organization
dedicated to One Goal: Cure Type 1 Diabetes. Their journey led them to Dr. Oberholzer
and the CDP, where they knew they were making a difference and advancing the effort to
eradicate this chronic disease. He and his wife, Jill, made a commitment to their son that they
would not stop until he was cured and Dr. Oberholzer and the team at the CDP made
that same commitment to them. They will continue to make progress on their only goal to
Cure Type 1 Diabetes.
